Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-21a > Statute-36-21a-6936-21A-69. Surrender of license to commission after suspension or revocation. When surrendering his license or when an order of suspension or revocation of his license becomes final, a licensee shall forward the license and identification card at once to the commission.
