Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-21a > Statute-36-21a-9436-21A-94. Proof by subdivider of ability to provide promised public improvements--Security. No application may be approved by the commission unless the subdivider offers satisfactory proof of his ability to provide promised public improvements including water, sewer, gas and streets. Satisfactory proof shall be in the form of performance bonds or other security.
