37-2-8. Analyses by director of qualified laboratory--Test methods. The director of the State Health Laboratory, or other qualified laboratory, shall make an analysis as may be requested by the secretary of the Department of Public Safety. Distillation tests shall be made in accordance with the methods for the tests adopted by the American Society for Testing and Materials.
