38-1-11. Appointment and qualification of executive assistants--Bonds. The secretary of agriculture shall, with the advice and consent of the Governor, appoint such executive assistants as may be authorized by law or as may be necessary to the efficient administration of the duties of the office, and which executives shall qualify in like manner as the secretary except that their bonds shall be in such sum as may be fixed by the Governor, but in no event less than five thousand dollars.
