40-7-15. Testing services and facilities to be provided by auction agencies and stockyards. All licensed livestock auction agencies, public stockyards, and other livestock sales yards or points as designated by the Animal Industry Board in this state, shall make available testing services for brucellosis on the premises of such licensed livestock auction agency, public stockyards, and other livestock sales yards or points as designated by the Animal Industry Board, consisting of pens, chutes, veterinary services, and such other equipment as may be prescribed by the Animal Industry Board.
