40-7-2. Permit for disposition of animals with brucellosis--Restricted purposes--Violation as misdemeanor. Any animals affected with brucellosis may be disposed of for immediate slaughter or for feeding purposes only, on permits issued pursuant to rules promulgated by the Animal Industry Board. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
