40-7-41. Certificate of brucellosis test required for importation of swine. All swine imported into this state for exhibition or breeding purposes shall be accompanied by an official certificate issued by the animal industry authorities of the state from which the swine originated indicating that such swine are free of brucellosis. Such official test shall have been made within thirty days prior to the entry of such swine into this state.
