40-8-1. Sale or movement of infected sheep prohibited--Exposure of uninfected sheep--Violation as misdemeanor. No person may sell or exchange, offer for sale or exchange, import, transport in any manner, or drive over, across, along, or through any uninfected range, pasture, highway, pen, or chute, any sheep infected with or exposed to the disease known as "scab" or sheep scabies or in any manner expose any sheep to the disease which are not so affected. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
