40-8-12. Admission of imported sheep without treatment on certificate from state of origin. The Animal Industry Board may admit sheep, without treatment, from other states into the State of South Dakota, if the animal industry authorities of the other states have certified that their state is free from sheep scabies and has been so for a period of one year or more immediately preceding movement.
