40-8-3. Report to officer of infection with or exposure of sheep to scabies--Immediate investigation. If any sheep become infected with or exposed to scabies, the owner or person in charge shall immediately report the fact to the Animal Industry Board or the United States Department of Agriculture, by registered or certified letter, telephone or telegram.
