40-8-8. Treatment by officer on neglect by owner. If, at the expiration of ten days from date of notice to treat sheep as required in § 40-8-6, the owner or person in charge of the sheep has failed or refused to treat the sheep as ordered, the board shall immediately take possession of the sheep and treat the sheep as provided in the original order.
