Statutes > South-dakota > Title-41 > Chapter-02 > Statute-41-2-1641-2-16. Duties assigned to departmental officers and employees. The officers and employees authorized by this title and any other necessary employees or assistants shall perform such duties for the Department of Game, Fish and Parks as may be assigned to them by the department.
