Statutes > South-dakota > Title-41 > Chapter-06 > Statute-41-6-5241-6-52. Application for resident license by nonresidents prohibited--Violation as misdemeanor. No person other than a resident as defined in this title may make application for, purchase, or attempt to purchase a resident license under §§ 41-6-12 to 41-6-45.1, inclusive. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
