Statutes > South-dakota > Title-41 > Chapter-06 > Statute-41-6-6841-6-68. Prompt transmittal of county reports and fees. Any agent appointed by the department shall promptly transmit such reports as may be required by the Game, Fish and Parks Commission or the department, together with all license fees received during the accounting period designated by the department to be deposited in the game, fish and parks fund.
