Statutes > South-dakota > Title-43 > Chapter-04 > Statute-43-4-1843-4-18. Incidents included with thing transferred. The transfer of a thing transfers also all its incidents unless expressly excepted; but the transfer of an incident to a thing does not transfer the thing itself.
