Statutes > South-dakota > Title-43 > Chapter-04 > Statute-43-4-1943-4-19. Transfer of present interest and benefit of condition or covenant. A present interest, and the benefit of a condition or covenant respecting property, may be taken by any natural person under a grant, although not named a party thereto.
