Statutes > South-dakota > Title-44 > Chapter-05 > Statute-44-5-144-5-1. Lien extinguishable as accessory obligation. A lien is to be deemed accessory to the act for the performance of which it is security, whether any person is bound for such performance or not and is extinguishable as any accessory obligation.
