45-6B-72. Refusal of access or interference with inspection as violation. It is a violation of a mining permit's terms and conditions to refuse entry or access to any authorized representative of the Board of Minerals and Environment who after presenting appropriate credentials requests entry for the purpose of inspection under this chapter; nor shall any person obstruct, hamper, or interfere with any such investigation. If requested, the operator of the mining site shall receive a report setting forth the observations made by the person making the inspection which relate to compliance with this chapter.
