Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-04 > Statute-46a-4-4446A-4-44. Organization meeting of board of directors--Election of president and vice-president--Appointment of secretary. On the regular November meeting in each year the directors shall meet and organize as a board for the ensuing year, elect a president and vice-president from their number and appoint a secretary who need not be a member of the board.
