Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-04 > Statute-46a-4-8546A-4-85. Majority vote against dissolution of irrigation district--Another election during year forbidden. If a majority of the votes shall be "For dissolution, No," there shall not be another election upon the question of a dissolution of the district during the year in which such election was held.
