46A-5-28. General fund of district--Appropriation by board of directors for advertising, maximum amount. The board of directors of any irrigation district may appropriate money from its general fund for the purpose of advertising the district's possibilities and advantages to the world as a home and as a location for agriculture, factories, and other legitimate enterprises. Such appropriation shall not exceed the sum of two and one-half cents for each irrigable acre within such irrigation district.
