46A-7A-169. Notice of court hearing. The court shall set a time for hearing of the petition and shall order the clerk of courts to publish notice of filing of the petition. The notice shall be published in the same manner and for the same length of time that notice of a special election on district bonds is required to be published. The notice shall state the time and place set for the hearing and that any person interested in the organization of the district or in proceedings for issue or sale of the bonds, may, on or before the day set for the hearing, answer or otherwise plead to the petition. The petition may be described in the notice as a petition of the district, asking that the proceedings set forth be examined, approved, and confirmed by the court.
