46A-7A-17. List of included lands filed with registers of deeds--Changes. The district shall prepare a list of lands within the district as of the one hundred eighty-first day following the validation election and shall file a copy of the list with the register of deeds in each county within which any of the lands of the district are situated. Upon any further change of the lands included in the district, a copy of the order of the board ordering the change, certified by the president and secretary of the board, shall be filed for record with the register of deeds of each county within which the change is made.
