Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-07a > Statute-46a-7a-17646A-7A-176. Waiting period after rejection of dissolution. If a majority of the votes are "for dissolution, No," there may not be another election on the question of dissolution of the district during the year in which the election was held.
