46A-7A-21. Publication of notice of validation and initial directors election. After setting the date of the election for validation and the initial board of directors, the state board shall publish notice of the election and shall prepare any necessary initial voting lists for the election. The notice shall contain the day and date of the election and shall describe the general boundaries of the divisions. The notice shall be published at least once each week for at least two consecutive weeks. The second publication shall be at least forty days prior to the election.
