46A-7A-32. Chairman of election board--Filling vacancy on board--Oaths. One of the judges appointed under § 46A-7A-31 shall be chairman of the election board and shall appoint any judge or clerk if during the progress of the election any judge or clerk ceases to act. Any member of the board of election or any clerk may administer and certify oaths required to be administered during the progress of an election. Before opening the polls, each member of the election board shall take an oath faithfully to perform the duties imposed by law. Any elector of the precinct may administer and certify the oath.
