46A-7A-77. Resolution for distributing burden of water deficiency. If the volume of water under control of the district is diminished below normal by reason of water shortage or otherwise to make it probable that all land cannot receive the full amount of water which it may need and to which it would otherwise be entitled, the board may by resolution adopt policies and procedures to provide for distributing the burden of deficiency and for the most economical and efficient use of the water which is or probably will be available.
