Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-07a > Statute-46a-7a-8146A-7A-81. Late charge and interest on delinquent toll or charge. If any tolls or charges remain unpaid for a period of thirty days after they become payable, they become delinquent, a late charge of ten percent shall be added thereto and they shall bear interest at a rate determined by the board each year.
