Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-10a > Statute-46a-10a-11546A-10A-115. Election of chair and clerk of board. The board of trustees shall elect a chair and shall select some other landowner of the district as clerk of the board. The clerk shall serve at the pleasure of the board of trustees.
