Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-10a > Statute-46a-10a-12246A-10A-122. Grievances--Mediation. Any interested person aggrieved by any action taken by the board of trustees in §§ 46A-10A-98 to 46A-10A-123, inclusive, may file a cause of action in circuit court in the county where the cause of action arose or may invoke mediation with the board of trustees.
