Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-18 > Statute-46a-18-6946A-18-69. Services provided without charge to district. All county officials shall perform the services outlined in this chapter free of charge to the district. The services of the Board of Water and Natural Resources, as provided in this chapter, also shall be free of charge to the district.
