Statutes > South-dakota > Title-48 > Chapter-07 > Statute-48-7-90648-7-906. Cancellation of registration. A foreign limited partnership may cancel its registration by filing with the secretary of state a certificate of cancellation signed and sworn to by a general partner. Service of process is perfected on a foreign limited partnership that has filed a cancellation in the manner outlined in §§ 59-11-16 to 59-11-19, inclusive.
