Statutes > South-dakota > Title-49 > Chapter-16a > Statute-49-16a-6249-16A-62. Other rights-of-way across deeded lands. Nothing in this chapter shall be so construed as to prevent any other person from obtaining the right to enter upon and cross school or other public lands of the state and to maintain his right-of-way across or along such lands.
