49-34A-13.1. Intervenors permitted to appear at rate change hearing--Disclosure, pertinency, and disclaimer requirements--Intervenors not afforded party status. Any natural person, partnership, limited liability company, corporation, or political subdivision individually or collectively may appear in person as an intervenor. However, such person shall fully and fairly make a full disclosure of identity, the interest of such person in the proceeding, and the position to be taken, and that the contentions of such person are reasonably pertinent to the issues already presented and the right to broaden the issues is disclaimed. Any person appearing pursuant to this section may not be afforded the status of a party to the proceedings.
