Statutes > South-dakota > Title-5 > Chapter-05 > Statute-5-5-165-5-16. Rent payable annually in advance to commissioner. Except as otherwise provided, the rent for all leased lands must be paid annually in advance and must be promptly paid when due, to the commissioner of school and public lands.
