50-2-25. Court actions by commission--Attorney general as counsel. The commission may maintain actions in any of the courts of this state to enforce the provisions of this title, by invoking any of the civil or criminal procedure provided in any case where such court may have jurisdiction. The attorney general shall act as the legal adviser and counsel for the commission and no actions may be instituted and maintained without the attorney general's advice and consent.
