58-3-7. Conduct of examination--Cooperation of employees of insurer, making evidence available. Every person being examined, its officers, employees, insurance producers, and representatives shall produce and make freely available to the director or the director's examiners the accounts, records, documents, files, information, assets, and matters in the director's possession or control relating to the subject of the examination; and shall otherwise facilitate and aid the examination as far as reasonably possible.
