Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-05 > Statute-58-5-9058-5-90. Vouchers for expenditures in connection with pending public matter. If the disbursement is in connection with any matter pending before any legislature or public body or before any public official, the voucher shall also correctly describe the nature of the matter and of the insurer's interest therein.
