Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-05a > Statute-58-5a-6558-5A-65. False statements, reports, or filings as felony. Any officer, director, or employee of an insurance holding company system who knowingly subscribes to or makes or causes to be made any false statements or false reports or false filings with the director is guilty of a Class 6 felony.
