Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-06 > Statute-58-6-1458-6-14. Use of deceptively similar name prohibited. No insurer shall be formed or authorized to transact insurance in this state which has or uses a name or principal identifying name factor which is the same as or deceptively similar to that of another insurer earlier so authorized.
