Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-17c > Statute-58-17c-3958-17C-39. Program to be administered by qualified licensed health care professionals. Qualified licensed health care professionals shall administer the utilization review program and oversee review decisions. Any adverse determination shall be evaluated by an appropriately licensed and clinically qualified health care provider.
