Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-18a > Statute-58-18a-7458-18A-74. Sharing of allowable expenses equally. If the preceding provisions of §§ 58-18A-69 to 58-18A-73, inclusive, do not determine the order of benefits, the allowable expenses shall be shared equally between the plans.
