61-6-15.2. Student not entitled to benefits. A person attending a high school, vocational school, college or university is considered principally occupied as a student if school attendance substantially reduces the opportunity for reemployment. A person who is principally occupied as a student is not entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.
