Statutes > South-dakota > Title-62 > Chapter-08 > Statute-62-8-1862-8-18. Death in case of silicosis--Liability of last employer. In case of silicosis, the only employer liable is the last employer in whose employment the employee was last injuriously exposed to the hazards of the disease during a period of sixty days or more.
