Statutes > South-dakota > Title-7 > Chapter-07 > Statute-7-7-247-7-24. Mileage allowance to county officials. All county officials, except sheriffs, shall be paid for traveling expenses for each mile traveled in the discharge of their official duties not to exceed state mileage rate.
