79-2-305 (Contingently Effective). Wetlands Protection Account.
(1) There is created within the General Fund a restricted account known as the WetlandsProtection Account.
(2) The account shall consist of:
(a) a payment resulting from a settlement agreement between the United StatesDepartment of the Interior through the Fish and Wildlife Service and the state through thedepartment; and
(b) interest earned on the account.
(3) Funds in the Wetlands Protection Account may be used in accordance with the publictrust doctrine.
