16-10a-726. Action by single and multiple voting groups.
(1) If the articles of incorporation or this chapter provide for voting by a single votinggroup on a matter, action on that matter is taken when voted upon by that voting group asprovided in Section 16-10a-725.
(2) If the articles of incorporation or this chapter provide for voting by two or morevoting groups on a matter, action on that matter is taken only when voted upon by each of thosevoting groups counted separately as provided in Section 16-10a-725. One voting group may voteon a matter even though another voting group entitled to vote on the matter has not voted.
