63M-1-2406. Report to the Legislature.
The office shall report annually to the Legislature's Workforce Services and Communityand Economic Development Interim Committee and the Utah Tax Review Commissiondescribing:
(1) its success in attracting new commercial projects to development zones under thispart and the corresponding increase in new incremental jobs;
(2) the estimated amount of tax credit commitments made by the office and the period oftime over which tax credits will be paid; and
(3) the economic impact on the state related to generating new state revenues andproviding tax credits under this part.
