§ 57. Vermont Statutes Annotated, continuation of existing laws

The provisions of the Vermont Statutes Annotated, so far as they are the same as those of existing laws, shall be construed as a continuation of those laws, and not as new enactments. (1959, No. 262, § 7, eff. June 11, 1959.)
