§ 1002. Conduct of hearings
Hearings before the environmental court shall be conducted in an impartial manner subject to rules of the supreme court providing for a summary, expedited proceeding. (Added 1989, No. 98, § 2; amended 1993, No. 232 (Adj. Sess.), § 38, eff. March 15, 1995.)
